How long does shipping take for mechanical keyboards and components?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For international orders or group-buy items, delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific production timeline mentioned on the product page.
What is the return policy for electronic peripherals?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products, such as soldered PCBs or lubricated switches, are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
Do UniKeys products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by liquid spills, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications.
Are your keycaps and switches compatible with all keyboard brands?
Most of our switches use the standard MX-style stem, compatible with the majority of mechanical keyboards. We recommend checking the 'Compatibility' section on each product page to ensure the layout matches your specific model.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For higher-end custom builds, we also offer interest-free installment plans through our financing partners.
Can I cancel my pre-order or group-buy purchase?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the production phase begins. Once the group-buy period has ended and manufacturing has started, cancellations may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
