The Game 1989 Classic switch is one of the HMX Film switches. Among the film Switch series, Game 1989 Classic is the deepest and most thocky one. All thanks to its T5 stem and P4 bottom housing, which are both the materials that HMX choose when trying to create a deeper switch. Also, the Classic switch has a 4.0mm total travel. Although they are still pole bottom-out switches, the travel is very close to 4mm this time. The 1989 Classic switches are made using HMX's newest stem and bottom housing molds. The new molds come with a refined typing feel.

Important notice: game 1989 classic switch travel is 4.0mm, does not support keycaps with inner support frame(like KBDfans and Domikey), and also not support 1.7mm thickness keycaps , it will casue collision between switches and keycaps.
